Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
Par-boil ziti pasta and drain.
In a separate pan, brown chopped meat with 1/2 stick of butter and tomato paste.
Season the meat mixture with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and add feta cheese, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and remaining butter to the meat mixture.
Let the mixture cool completely.
Once cooled, add beaten eggs and mix well.
Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan.
Pour the pasta and meat mixture into the greased pan, distributing evenly.
Bake at 350F (180C) for 60 minutes, or until lightly browned and set.
Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
