Stir-fry until the vegetables soften.
Add pork mince and stir-fry until browned and separated.
Add water, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until the water has evaporated.
Add cooked rice and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add chopped coriander and stir through.
