Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until the meatloaves are just cooked through.
Remove the meatloaves from the oven and transfer them to a greased baking tray using a spatula.
Brush the meatloaves with the remaining steak sauce using a pastry brush.
Bake the meatloaves for 10 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
Remove meatloaves from the oven and cover loosely with foil to keep warm.
Transfer chips to top shelf in oven and cook for 5 minutes or until golden and tender.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and the remaining sweet chili sauce.
Serve the meatloaves with the sweet potato chips, mayonnaise mixture, and salad leaves.
