Italian bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut a circular opening in the top of the Italian bread loaf at an angle, creating a bread bowl.
Place the bread bowl in the preheated oven for 7-8 minutes, or until slightly browned and crusty.
Cut the removed top of the bread into chunks for dipping.
In a saucepan, combine cooked baby shrimp (or chopped shrimp), crabmeat (or imitation crabmeat), lobster meat (or imitation lobster meat), cubed Velveeta cheese, torn Swiss cheese, hot sauce, diced green or red bell peppers, white wine, milk, heavy cream, parsley, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Melt the ingredients together over medium heat until all the cheese is melted, stirring frequently. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
Place the baked bread bowl on a cookie sheet or serving platter.
Pour the cheese mixture into the bread bowl. Don't worry if the cheese overflows.
Arrange the bread chunks around the bread bowl.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
