Cover and cook for 2 minutes until the vermicelli is tender.
Drain the cooked vermicelli and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Add the drained vermicelli to the gravy in the skillet.
Mix well to ensure the vermicelli is evenly coated with the gravy.
Add the whisked yogurt.
Check to see if the dish contains the right amount of salt and adjust accordingly.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to fully combine.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with low-fat plain yogurt.
