Remove from heat.
While the dough is still hot, grease your hands with ghee and form small dumplings.
Heat an idli or dhokla steamer.
Steam the dumplings for about 10 minutes.
Set aside the steamed dumplings.
Heat a pan.
Add jaggery, coconut, and cardamom to the pan.
Melt the jaggery and combine with the coconut and cardamom.
Add the steamed dumplings to the sweet mixture and coat them evenly.
Serve the Karantaka Style Seke Undlaka/ Undlige warm.
