Boil the rice with 1/2 cup of water in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles depending on the rice. Let it cool.

Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.

Add onions, garlic and fresh red chilli and sauté for a minute until golden.

Add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add prawns and mix well. Cook for 4-5 minutes until chicken and prawns are cooked.

Add the cooked rice, green peas and toss well. Cook for a minute.

Add soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, and pepper and mix everything properly. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

In another pan, heat remaining oil to fry the eggs with some seasoning.

Crack the egg in a pan. Cook until the lower part is properly cooked. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.

Take out the rice in a bowl, add the egg on top and garnish with spring onion greens.
