Grease 12 medium muffin cups.
Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large mixer bowl.
Beat in egg, sugar and 1 1/2 cups of Bisquick on medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping the bowl frequently.
Beat in remaining Bisquick, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins and fruit on low speed, scraping bowl occasionally until well combined.
Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
