In a separate bowl, mix well the honey, oil and vanilla.
Pour the honey mixture over the dry mixture.
Work with hands or a large spoon to mix thoroughly.
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until toasty brown, stirring every 10 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Add raisins after cereal is baked to prevent them from becoming hard.
