Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan.
Add thinly sliced onion and garlic paste.
Sauté for a few seconds.
Add sliced yellow and green bell peppers.
Sauté without overcooking.
Add julienned carrot, boiled sweet corn, and deseeded, chopped tomatoes.
Sauté for a couple of minutes.
Add mashed potato and mix well.
Cook for one minute.
Add crushed black pepper, pizza seasoning, chili flakes, and ketchup.
Add salt to taste.

Turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Let it cool down.

Heat them on a pan or skillet.
Take tortilla off the heat.
Apply a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Place a lettuce leaf.
Add the vegetable filling.
Top with grated cheddar cheese.
Wrap the tortilla.
