Stir in black sesame seeds, dry chillies, and grated fresh coconut.
Roast for a few minutes.
In a mixer grinder, combine sesame seeds, tamarind with water, red chillies, urad dal, and salt.
Grind to a smooth, thick paste.
Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl.
In a tadka pan, heat sunflower oil on low flame.
Add mustard seeds and allow to splutter.
Immediately add curry leaves and allow to crackle.
Pour this tempering on the chutney mix lightly.
Serve with idli or dosa.
