In a large bowl, combine 1 lb. Ricotta cheese, 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, 1 egg, 1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach (defrosted), 1 tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. salt, and a dash of pepper.
Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer 3 uncooked lasagna noodles over the sauce.
Spread half of the ricotta cheese mixture over the noodles.
Spoon a layer of spaghetti sauce over the ricotta mixture.
Repeat layers: noodles, ricotta mixture, spaghetti sauce.
Top with the final 3 lasagna noodles and remaining spaghetti sauce.
Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese over the top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
