Remove rolls from package, keeping them connected.
Cut the rolls in half horizontally to create a top and bottom sheet.
Layer ham, pork, and cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.

Spread yellow mustard on the top half of the rolls.
Place the top half of the rolls onto the bottom half.
Remove the hot jelly-roll pan from the oven.
Carefully transfer the assembled sandwich to the hot pan.
Place a cast iron skillet or griddle directly on top of the rolls to press them down.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the bread is crisp.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
Cut into 12 individual sliders.
Serve immediately.
