Grease and line a baking tin (mine is 22cm by 30cm).
Crush the biscuits in a food processor.
Put the crushed biscuits into a large mixing bowl.
Crush the Weetbix by hand and add to the mixing bowl with the biscuits.
In a large saucepan, melt the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, butter, condensed milk, honey, and golden syrup together using a metal spoon.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the mixing bowl with the crushed biscuits.
Stir until well mixed and thick.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking tin.
Place the baking tin in the fridge until set.
Cut the chocolate slice into pieces.
Serve and enjoy.
Optionally, sprinkle hundreds and thousands on top before refrigerating.
Alternatively, roll the mixture into balls instead of using a baking tin.
