Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slightly freeze the cookie dough logs for easier slicing.
Slice one package of cookie dough into approximately 1/2 inch slices.
Line the cookie dough slices in the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan, pressing gently to fill any holes.
In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
Mix until well blended, either by hand or using a mixer.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cookie dough base.
Slice the second package of cookie dough into 1/2 inch slices.
Place the slices evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
Bake in the oven for 30-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and cool completely.
Refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 2 hours.
Cut into 24 squares and serve!
