Soak almonds and cashews for 4-5 hours.
Grind the soaked almonds and cashews into a smooth paste.
Bring milk to a boil in a saucepan.
Add the almond-cashew paste to the boiling milk and mix well.
Simmer on low heat until the milk reduces to 3/4 of its original volume, stirring constantly.
Add sugar and continue to cook until the milk reduces to 1/2 of its original volume.
Stir in cardamom powder and remove from heat.
Allow the payasam mixture to cool to room temperature.
Refrigerate the payasam for an hour.
Cut all fruits into small pieces.
Mix the chopped fruits with honey.
Refrigerate the mixed fruits for an hour.
Combine the cooled payasam and refrigerated fruits.
Serve immediately.
