Preheat oven to 220°C (428°F).
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spread cauliflower mixture evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until slightly brown.
Remove crust from oven.
Spread marinara sauce, pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, and goat cheese on crust.
Bake again for 7 minutes, or until cheese melts evenly.
Serve hot.
