Wash the broccoli florets thoroughly.
Add 1/2 cup of water to a pressure cooker.
Add the broccoli florets to the pressure cooker.

Release the pressure immediately to retain the broccoli's color and nutrients.
In a pan, add 1 teaspoon of butter.

Turn off the heat and let the broccoli cool down.
Once the broccoli is cool, add it to a mixer and grind until it's a smooth puree.
Serve the Broccoli Puree with Garlic and Butter to babies/toddlers over 7 months for lunch or dinner.
