Add the paste to the simmering mixture, stirring until thickened.
Simmer for an additional 3 minutes.
Boil potatoes and parsnips until tender.
Mash the boiled potatoes and parsnips together.
Tip the vegetable and lamb mixture into a heatproof dish.
Cover the mixture with the mashed potato and parsnip topping.
Cook in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve hot with additional vegetables.
