parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated

scallions, spring or green onions
large eggs
slightly beaten
milk
Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix, parmesan cheese (reserve some for topping), scallions, eggs, and milk.
Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
Pour the dough into a 9x13 inch baking pan and spread evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese over the top of the dough.

Cut all the way to the bottom of the pan to separate the biscuits.

Flip the pan upside down over a rack to release the biscuits.
Flip the rack over to return the biscuits right-side up.
