Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Heat sunflower oil in a pan.
Add finely chopped garlic and onions to the pan and sauté until golden brown.
Add finely chopped carrots and bell peppers and sauté until cooked and slightly roasted.
Add tomato puree, pav bhaji masala, mixed herbs, red chilli powder, salt to taste, and sugar to the pan.
Stir well to combine and bring the tomato sauce to a boil.
Add cooked macaroni to the sauce and toss well for 3-4 minutes.
Transfer the masala macaroni to a baking dish.
Spread grated Britannia cheese evenly over the top of the macaroni.
Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese melts and forms a golden brown crust.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
