Heat 6 cups of water in a large pan with 3/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom.
Bring the water to a near boil.
Add 1/3 cup of ground Arabic coffee and stir well.
Allow the coffee to boil for 1-2 minutes.
Remove the pan from heat.
Let the coffee settle for a few minutes.
Pour the coffee into a kettle, leaving the settled coffee grounds in the pan.
Add 6 partially opened cardamom pods, 1/2 teaspoon of saffron, and 1/3 cup of rose water to the kettle.
Place the kettle over low heat.
Heat until the mixture begins to boil.
Remove from heat and serve hot in small cups.
