Heat oil in a kadai.
Add mustard seeds and urad dal, allow to splutter for 10 seconds.
Add curry leaves, hing, and dry red chillies; let curry leaves crackle for 10 seconds.
Add chopped onions and green chilli, saute until translucent.
Add chopped raw mango and turmeric powder, saute for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk yogurt with a little water until thick and creamy.
Once the sautéed raw mango cools, add it to the yogurt and mix well.
Check for salt and adjust as needed.
Serve with steamed rice or other Andhra dishes.
