Steam 1 cup of green peas.
Boil, peel and mash 3 potatoes.
Boil, peel and mash 2 sweet potatoes.
Grate 1 small spoon of ginger.
Finely chop 2 green chilies.
Finely chop 1 onion.
Combine potatoes, sweet potatoes, green peas, ginger, green chilies, onion, 2 large spoons of green chutney, salt to taste, and 1 small spoon of corn flour in a food processor.
Process the mixture until well combined, pausing to mix once.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Lightly grease your hands with oil.
Shape the mixture into kebab-like tikkis.
Coat each tikki in 3/4 cup of bread crumbs.
Place the tikkis on a baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Grill the tikkis for 15 minutes at 200°C.
Serve the Aloo Matar Pudina Tikki with green chutney and tamarind chutney.
Pair with a cup of ginger tea.
